Description:
My first Dekorator theme. This only includes the close/menu, minimise, maximise, and restore buttons (because these are the only buttons that Windows 3.1 actually has).

For best results, configure Dekorator with these settings:

Buttons:
- Menu Title Minimise Maximise
Options:
- Show borders when maximised
- Use menu button image
