This is an emerald theme to go along with the Neon icon set. It has black, semi-transparent window frames, a nice purple shadow/glow and a neon outline for the content of the active window.
This was made with emerald themer version 0.7.2. I am not sure how well it will work with other (newer) versions of emerald. It works best with dark color themes.
Tip(s)
If you're using compiz with the the "ADD Helper", include the following condition in your "Window Types": [indent] ... & !(state=above)[/indent]
Also, enable the "Opacity, Brightness and Saturation" plugin and add entries on the saturation and brightness tabs. Make sure the new rule is at the top of the list and set the "Window Types" for the rule as follows: [indent]state=above[/indent]That way when you pin a window it will be fully non-transparent and bright on your desktop, something I find very useful.
