I've rewritten description.txt for KDE4's version to Splash.qml for KDE5's version.
Just add this file to login-scan-splash-cg/ folder.

Adding new splash screen in Plasma 5 it's a big question. For me it worked - to replace splash folder's content with this folders content in /usr/share/plasma/look-and-feel/org.kde.Oxygen.desktop/content.

The weird thing is that we need to scale it. Right now it looks small, so I'm gonna see what I can do to fix this issue.
I looked at the old code titled "description.txt" and it has SCALEX ON
