Hi there ;) That's compiz fusion splash screen, but it's not fore KDE start splash . To install it just download the image, and choose it in compiz settings manager in splash plugin as background. The Logo file can you choose your own. Srry for my bad eng. ;)

I tried to find a KDE Splash Screen how to so I can make my own. This was just an experiment. I used the png's from TOXIC AGENT's BLUE EYES splash screen. Background was from ddragon77. All the credit goes to them. I just put it together to make my system look nice. Once I can find more...
