A nice simple theme that should work well for anyone with a blue desktop.

This is my first attempt at a kbfx theme, to get me started on this time consuming path. If anyone can point me in the direction of some decent kubuntu/kde icons at 32x32 i'd appreciate it. Most of the buttons seem to be at least 48x48.
