Plain theme that can be used to make other KDM themes with minor tweaking.

This is a reloaded Oxygen KDM theme. I just changed the background and the box background that comes from Elegance Plasma theme. You can find it on kde-look.org. If you want change the splashscreen background just replace the current one with the blue curl.
