Copy one of the pics to to /.kde/share/apps/kicker/pics/ -or- /opt/kde/hsare/apps/kicker/pics/ and change it's name to kside.png

Just extract the files rename the one you want to use to kside.png and copy to ~/.kde/share/apps/kicker/pics/ -or- /opt/kde/share/apps/kicker/pics/ Of course you may want to rename the one in that dir to kside.png.bak before you copy the new one over.

I like the linspire clear style and icons, so I made a kicker panel to try and match. I noticed one in the linspire screenshots which probably matches better but I couldn't find it anywhere. So I made my own.
