i was sort of going for the "cubed" idea...(KDE 3). i'm not sure if this is completely finished, but i like what i've got so far. if you haven't noticed, i like it simple. anyway, enjoy. i include both a 3.0 and 3.1 file (you'll have to rename the 3.1 file if you use it) just to make sure.
